Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  1. Exchange Only: We offer exchanges for products, but no refunds will be provided.
  2. Exchange Timeline: The exchange request must be made within 2 days after delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered for exchange.
  3. Conditions for Exchange:
    • The product must be in its original condition.
    • No damage or signs of use should be on the product.
    • A valid proof (like a receipt or order number) should be submitted with the exchange request.
  4. Exchange Process:
    • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS for the approval of your exchange request.
    • The exchange process may take a minimum of 3 to 5 days, depending on stock availability and delivery location.
  5. No Refunds: We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges will be processed.
